The user is the natural or legal person browsing the website www.familystays.ro.
The customer is the natural or legal person who booked through the website www.familystays.ro.
The electronic reservation is the electronic document by which the client transmits to the Family Stays administrator the intention to reserve one or more Family Stays accommodations, on the website www.familystays.ro.
2. Booking information
The www.familystays.ro website allows you to book online by entering your booking details and making a deposit or full payment.
In the process of placing the reservation, the Customer agrees that all data provided for the electronic reservation is true, correct and complete.
It also undertakes to carry out the verification process of the data provided through the software called SUPERHOG after placing the reservation.
SUPERHOG combines intelligent guest verification with automatic damage protection.
SUPERHOG LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11871938 with its registered office at Unit 2 Nine Mile Water, Nether Wallop, Stockbridge, United Kingdom, SO20 8DR.
The Family Stays Administrator has the right to cancel the Client’s reservation if the data provided by the Client is unreal, incorrect or incomplete.
All promotional offers and price reductions are subject to availability and time limits.
Any complaints regarding any discrepancies or errors that may occur during the electronic reservation must be made in writing within 48 hours of the reservation.
Any subsequent referral will not be taken into consideration.
The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the deposit or the total amount.
The Family Stays administrator updates room availability on the website.
In the event of differences between the availability displayed on the website and the actual availability, the Family Stays Administrator will notify the Client and they will work together to remedy the situation.
3. Payment of electronic reservations
The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the deposit or the total amount.
4. Canceling reservations
Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days before the effective date of the reservation, in which case the Family Stays Administrator will refund the amount collected from the Client.
If the Client cancels the reservation less than 14 days before the reservation comes into effect, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event that the Customer’s check-in is less than 14 days from the time of booking, the Customer has 48 hours to cancel the reservation without penalty.
In the event of no-show of the Client on the effective date of the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
5. Information about the reservation coming into effect
The client can check in on the day the reservation comes into effect from 16.00, and will check out on the day the reservation expires, until 11.00.
7. Client conduct within the Family Stays accommodation
In order to offer the same beautiful experience to all our guests, the following rules must be respected:
- No parties allowed
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
- No pets allowed
- Between 14-16 and 22-08 it is quiet
